Priority shipping please allow 1-3 business days for processing (not including holiday & weekends)
Note : A tracking notification will be emailed, when your order is ready to ship.
You may cancel your initial order anytime within 2 business days or your original order. Processing time will start, and your order will not be eligible for cancellation. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
- Once your order is placed it CANNOT be canceled.
- No refunds or exchanges! ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- If a product is damaged when received, please contact KD Treasure & Glow within 2 business days of receiving the item.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

Once we have shipped your order and it stated: "DELIVERED". We are NOT responsible if it is lost or stolen. You personally must contact United States Postal Service at +1-800-275-8777. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible or liable.
